Stephen Wade Toyota is a first-generation dealer who got his start in the car business while working with a Sigma Chi fraternity brother (Robert Garff) selling cars. In 1975, Stephen became one of the youngest Mazda dealers in the country with a dealership located at 8th South and Main Street in Salt Lake City. Stephen moved to St. George in 1993 and opened Stephen Wade Honda/Mazda. Three years later in 1996, he opened an automotive Collision Center. He began growing Stephen Wade Auto Center in 2006 by opening Stephen Wade Nissan, in 2007 he added Chevrolet/Cadillac, in 2008 he purchased the Toyota franchise, and in 2009 acquired Chrysler, JEEP, Dodge, RAM, and Fiat. In the spring of 2016, he opened the first luxury brand known as Mercedes-Benz of St. George, UT. The newest addition in 2018 is the purchase of Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, UT. Today Stephen Wade Auto Center has over 700 employees with plans to expand and grow the company.
It’s the people in southern Utah that make our area so great, which is why we invest in our community. In 2015 Stephen Wade Toyota partnered with Toyota Corporation to participate in their easy match program and together donated $20,000 to the Anti-bullying Coalition to educate and prevent bullying within our schools. Stephen Wade Toyota again took advantage of the easy match program in 2019 and Toyota invested over $20,000.00 to purchase pumper cars for special needs students in Washington County School District. The pumper cars are used in elementary schools to help students strengthen their muscles to help them with mobility skills. Toyota is a mobility company and together with the local dealerships they provide funds to invest in their respective communities.

I was early for an oil change appointment and didn't get my car back for 90 minutes. I thought that was alittle long but the price was good-$65 for synthetic. They didn't recommend alot of things to have serviced as well after as in the past. They have a nice waiting area with hit beverages, vending machines, a play room for parents to supervise kids in. The bathrooms are nice and clean and they have the parts store right across from the waiting area that also has greeting cards and little knick-knacks available at reasonable prices.
