Our Sales Person, Tyson, was amazing! He took away all the anxiety of going through the "haggling" process. He was also very knowledgible about each vehicle, including used vehicles that were not Toyota. Usually, I have some sense of "buyer's remorse" after buying a vehicle, but this time I went home feeling like I got the best vehicle and the best price.

All around a great experience.

Warnings would appear on the dash that different functions were not working and to visit the dealer, then they would go away, then reappear again, over and over. Technicians and the Service Writer at Stephen Wade were excellent. The appearing and then reappearing of these warnings was perplexing. That the Service Department could find the cause of these warnings goes beyond service. They determined that a previous enactment was the cause, nothing to do with the manufacture of the Rav4. Brilliant! Permanently repaired. Thank you service department techs at Stephen Wade Toyota.

When I read some of the negative reviews, I was initially skeptical going in. But our experience was the best we’ve had in a car dealership. We worked with Andrew and Mike on the sale side and with Clay on the contract side. We found a used car on their website and went in to check it out. They went for a test drive with us twice on two separate days, explaining all the car features. Everyone was very nice, professional and straightforward. No pressure, no sleazy tactics, everything was transparent. You can decline the IKON GPS as we did, you can decline extended warranty if you don’t want it- we ended up getting it for a piece of mind since it was a used car. We would not hesitate to come back to this dealership.

John the sales person was amazing at trying to get me in a good reliable vehicle that I was able to afford. He did exactly that!! He was not pushy trying to sell it to me and listened to my concerns and was very understanding. I recommend going to him to buy a vehicle. Clay was the finance person and he was able to get me a lower APR with a different credit union than the one I'm with currently with. They were amazing!!

Andrew was great! He helped us get exactly what we wanted for the best deal! He was also very informed with all of their vehicles! He answered every question so fast!

I would rate this place a 4.5 but unfortunately there is only a 4 or 5. The person that helped us was wonderful. When I come to a car dealership I honestly just want to look. The guy helping us gave us a wonderful deal, was patient, and connected on a person level. Unfortunately not all of their employees are like that. While hiding in our favorite employees office we heard unprofessional talk from employees to employees. One yelled at the other employee who was sitting in his chair to get out. The poor employee was like I was just helping you. Good news for us is that we are now besties with our guy Jared. Highly recommend him if you want to come buy a car and get a real and honest experience.
